Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #144129
Individual & Group, Ocean and Creativity
“I proudly work alongside those along the LGBTQIA spectrum, those living beautifully with neurodiversity, and those who are doing their best to thrive in a society that does not always prioritize mental health and wellness.”
Lauren (she/her) is a graduate of the Clinical Psychology masters program at Antioch University in Santa Barbara, currently working in private practice and as an elementary school counselor. She has many years of experience as a coach and teacher for children and adolescents, and has extensive experience with equine and eco therapy. As a musician and artist, Lauren’s focus is on play therapy, healing through sound and visual art, and putting your toes in the sand as often as possible. She passionately weaves somatic understanding with radical acceptance and commitment theories, creating safe spaces for people of all backgrounds.
