She firmly believes that healthy, thriving individuals form the foundation for strong relationships and families—and, in turn, for happy children. As an immigrant, Iryna is a committed advocate for social justice and diversity, offering culturally competent and trauma-informed care.

Iryna’s mission is to empower clients by helping them harness their innate strengths and develop effective coping strategies, fostering long-lasting positive change. She works with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, sexuality, relationships, life transitions, and women’s mental health.
