Iryna Khmelevska, M.A. Clinical Mental Health Professional Teens/Adults/Couples/Family/Group
Iryna is a graduate of the Clinical Counseling Master’s program at Alliant International University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology and an Associate Degree in Education. Additionally, she completed an art-specialized academy, which continues to significantly influence her therapeutic work.
Iryna believes that every individual is inherently good and deserving of happiness and peace of mind. She takes an integrative approach to therapy, blending evidence-based methods—such as CBT, ACT, and Mindfulness—with art and somatic practices, all delivered in an intuitive, warm, and person-centered manner. She firmly believes that healthy, thriving individuals form the foundation for strong relationships and families—and, in turn, for happy children. As an immigrant, Iryna is a committed advocate for social justice and diversity, offering culturally competent and trauma-informed care.
Iryna’s mission is to empower clients by helping them harness their innate strengths and develop effective coping strategies, fostering long-lasting positive change. She works with a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, sexuality, relationships, life transitions, and women’s mental health.
