Military Veterans and Families, Athletes and Former Athletes, Chronic Illness and Autoimmune Diseases

Joe Geletko is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor specializing in integrative psychotherapy. With a focus on holistic lifestyle interventions, he helps clients build psychological flexibility and stress resilience. Joe brings 13 years of experience as a certified strength and conditioning coach, leveraging his expertise in biology, exercise physiology, and human performance to enhance mental health outcomes.

He holds a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling from Alliant International University in San Diego and a master’s degree in Coaching and Exercise Sciences from Concordia Irvine University. Joe has extensive experience working with substance use disorders, dual diagnoses, and autoimmune diseases.

A key aspect of his work involves incorporating alternative approaches such as individualized exercise programs, nutrition strategies, and targeted lifestyle modifications to complement psychotherapy. He believes that by improving the health and function of the brain through holistic wellness, we can enhance performance, vitality, and life satisfaction.

Joe transitioned into clinical mental health counseling to pursue his life’s mission: building genuine, compassionate helping relationships with veterans, military service members, individuals with chronic diseases, and men navigating mental health challenges. His hope is to cultivate psychological flexibility and wholeness with each client, fostering a meaningful and transformative journey together.
